Part of the reason why the Persona games are so fun is that you step into not knowing what twists and turns to take. Over time, you gradually gain allies, build them up as confidants, and uncover twists blindly. By going through the leaked achievements list, you rob yourself of that slow-burn mystery. Why would you spoil the surprise and awe Atlus has spent so long perfecting?

I get why people would be tempted to look. Every day, I pray Atlus gives us a release date for Persona 6. But if you want to give yourself the best possible experience when the game launches, then resist that temptation. Allow yourself to make blind choices when developing social links and find the best party synergy on your own. You only get one chance to play Persona 6 for the first time.

It's easy to cave into the need to consume every piece of leaked data as fast as possible, but games like Persona 6 demand patience.
