Keep in mind, I took my sweet time during my first playthrough, and got almost all files and Mr. Raccoon statues. General playthroughs can and will be shorter for the most part.

There is a Trophy for completing the game in under four hours. So if you have an NG+ save plus know how to optimize your time spending exploring the Rhodes Hill care center and Raccoon City, you can definitely breeze past a lot of the stuff in the game.
