There have been a ton of leaks and rumors surrounding Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2. It’s everything you’d expect from a game like this, including new monsters, weapon types, quests, etc. While fans did know they were going to get some of these in the game, PlayStation leaking and confirming the new content wasn’t on anyone’s bingo card.

Fans on the Two Best Friends Play subreddit revealed that the PlayStation website briefly leaked a ton of content coming to Title Update 2. Not only did this leak reveal what will be included in the update, but it also showed when all of this will be available. Obviously, there are still some surprises for people who play the game, but there are barely any secrets left.

When Will Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2 Come Out?

According to the PlayStation leak, we can expect Title Update 2 on June 30.

Considering how the Capcom Spotlight event is happening later this week, the leaked release date makes sense. Monster Hunter fans have also been annoyed at the lack of content, so getting this update a few days after the Spotlight is perfect. Hopefully, fans will be able to enjoy it, even with the leak.

What Are the New Creatures Being Added to Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2?

Lagiacrus was the obvious one, as that monster had been leaked for a while now. Arch-Tempered Uth Dana was also confirmed, which is slightly more surprising. One more “fan-favorite” monster has been saved from leaks, so there is still a surprise coming.

The news isn’t exactly shocking since, once again, leaks for this update have been around for a while now. Still, it will be good seeing them in action, especially since this is the best-looking MH game yet. With some fans saying the game is a bit too easy, these creatures could up the challenge in a huge way.

Is Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2 Adding Layered Weapons?

Yes, this massive update is going to add the fan-favorite Layered Weapons feature.

Customization has always been a huge part of the MH games, so knowing that this feature is official will make plenty of fans happy. Being able to express yourself in games has always been viewed positively, so Wilds continuing that tradition is a good thing.
