  • Primary Subject: Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6)
  • Key Update: New nighttime footage of Grand Theft Auto 6 has surfaced online, with many believing this is from a more recent build than previous leaks.
  • Status: Leaked
  • Last Verified: August 19, 2026
  • Quick Answer: CyberLeek has made good on their promise, sharing new GTA 6 footage, and a song played in the gameplay suggests this could be from a more recent build.

Just hours after GTA 6 clips were leaked, more have been shared on social media.

An entity (unknown whether it's one individual or a group) called CyberLeek took to social media on Tuesday to share gameplay footage of a 2023 build of the anticipated title. The clips showed features that have yet to be revealed to the public. And while Rockstar hasn't commented on them, they quickly responded by having them taken down.

And yet another clip has been shared today. Here's everything we know about the situation.

More GTA 6 Leaks Ahead of Extended Look Premiere

On August 19, CyberLeek shared more leaks of GTA 6. They previously shared leaks of the game just hours prior, with more suspected to come.

In the leaked video, Jason is seen driving into a warehouse area at night. As he approaches an NPC's car, the option to either smash the window or "clone key" arises, indicating there will be a way to steal cars in the game by replicating its key.

Afterward, Jason is seen fighting a security guard and disarming his taser. He then fights off several other guards who try to stop him. After fighting the guards, he picks up one of their caps and puts it on.

The gameplay shows Jason stealing a large truck. On the right side of the screen, a notification that a crime was reported pops up. At the end of the video, a cutscene between Jason and Cal plays, with the latter joking about how the "men in suits" don't know anything about him since he uses a VPN.

Users were quick to spot that the song Sports Car by Tate McRae plays in the game, indicating that this footage is from an earlier build, and not the same 2023 build the previous leaks were from.

As of this writing, the leaks are still available on social media. However, Rockstar Games has been quick to file DMCA claims against the clips to have them taken down. Despite that, it seems CyberLeek has no plans of slowing down their posting - that is, unless Rockstar decides to release a physical disc version of GTA 6.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled to come out on November 19, 2026, while the Extended Look, which should give us our first official look at gameplay, will premiere on August 27 exclusively on Netflix before going live on other platforms, like YouTube, six hours later.
