The page shows two graphical settings: minimum and recommended. To play on the lowest settings, you'll need either an Intel Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 5 2600 as your processor. Your graphics card needs to be either a GTX 1660 6GB, RX 5500 XT 8GB, or Intel Arc A580.

If you want to play the game at its recommended settings, you'll want to snag the Intel Core i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 3600X for your processor. Meanwhile, you'll need at least the RTX 2060 Super, RX 6600 XT, or Intel Arc B580 for your graphics card.
