Take-Two has reportedly identified two individuals who could be behind the GTA 6 leaks.

Two weeks ago, the internet was sent into a frenzy after an entity named CyberLeek shared several leaks from a playable build of GTA 6. Rockstar Games filed several DMCA takedown requests and formally responded to the leaks in a statement just days before the Extended Look premiered.

Take-Two also filed subpoenas with Microsoft and Discord to discover who these leakers are. Now, it appears they've narrowed down their search. Here's everything we know.

According to a report from TorrentFreak, Take-Two has filed a second subpoena. However, they notably requested that it be sealed, which indicates that they want the names of the suspects they are looking into to be hidden from the public.

The request states, "Take-Two has identified one additional Discord user and obtained additional identifying information for a previously identified Discord user, as well as additional information concerning the community servers identified in its prior subpoena for which it now seeks more targeted information."

The second request has been narrowly targeted and focused on specific individuals. While we don't know what information the second subpoena is asking for or what demands Rockstar has, the case is said to be rapidly evolving and ongoing.

Currently, the names of the people behind CyberLeek have yet to be revealed. But I have a feeling it won't be long until we discover who they really are.

Meanwhile, GTA 6 is still scheduled to be released on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version has not been announced as of yet, meaning we will probably have to wait until after launch to see this port.
