How to Meet Lugia in Pokemon Pokopia

Similar to Ho-oh, meeting Lugia in Pokemon Pokopia is random, so you need to keep your eyes and ears peeled. When Lugia is flying above your island, you will hear its cry and the flapping of its wings. When you do, look up at the sky to see the Pokemon flying overhead.

The Pokemon will let out another cry when dropping its Silver Feather before flying away. The feather falls slowly and has a silver trail, allowing players to follow and find the feather if they are far.
