What Time Will GTA 6 Launch?

According to timestamps spotted on the PlayStation Store by GTAVice, GTA 6 will launch at midnight local time on November 19.

This means that instead of a fixed worldwide launch time that lets everyone start the game at the same time, some regions will get GTA 6 before others. For reference, midnight in New Zealand on November 19 is 12:00 PM (Noon) in Germany on November 18.

New Zealand will be the first country to play GTA 6, followed by Australia, Japan, India, Europe, the UK, and then the United States. For those in the United States, you will get to play at midnight Eastern.

If you're playing on Xbox Series X/S, you can simply adjust your console settings to New Zealand to play the game a day early. However, this trick doesn't work on the PlayStation 5. You'll need to make a separate New Zealand account and buy the game on that account to play early.

Can You Pre-Load GTA 6?

Yes, if you've pre-ordered the game, you can start pre-loading GTA 6 on your console from November 12.
