According to YouTuber TGG, if you spot an NPC walking their dog and they poop, you can use that poop to your advantage. Simply wait for them to reach down to clean up the dog poop and then punch them. This will cause them to drop the bag of poop.

You can then grab it off the floor and throw it at whoever you like, whether it's another NPC or the same one you got the poop bag from.
It's currently unknown if the dog poop will actually deal massive damage, or if it's just one of those weird things you can do to start a fight with NPCs. Either way, it's definitely a unique addition to the game. Makes you wonder who in Rockstar Games decided to include that little tidbit.
GTA 6 is scheduled to release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version hasn't been announced at the time of writing, meaning we will probably need to wait until after the initial release to hear anything about this port.
