From what can be seen in the trailer, the Hall of Fallen Foes is in a hidden gallery somewhere in the game. Here, players will be able to see statues of defeated enemies.

Players can approach the statues to learn more about the enemies they defeat, such as tips on defeating them and the main locations where they can be found. Additionally, you can engage in rematches with powerful boss enemies. As you defeat enemies in Ocarina of Time, more enemies will be added to the gallery.
