Nintendo Confirms The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 Console
After much speculation, Nintendo has officially confirmed that they will be releasing a The Legend of Zelda Nintendo Switch 2 console and Pro Controller in celebration of the franchise's 40th anniversary.
The limited-edition Switch 2 features a golden Triforce design printed on one side of its dock, while the actual console features black and teal Joy-Con controllers designed with Triforce patterns.
The Switch 2 Pro Controller also features the black and teal color for the base. It sports a golden central Triforce design and gold buttons and triggers. Both items feature the Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary logo and an icon of NES-era Link.
Nintendo will also offer a carrying case and screen protector with similar design patterns as the hardware.
