What is Star Wars: Galactic Racer About?
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a racing game set in the beloved Star Wars galaxy. Join the Galactic League and enjoy an unsanctioned racing circuit born in the lawless Outer Rim.

This single-player campaign allows you to step into the cockpit as mysterious pilot Shade. Here, alliances will be forged, rivalries reignited, and old grudges will be settled. Create your ultimate vehicle by building strategies across three distinct styles of repulsorcraft.

While the main story is single-player, you can take your talents online in multiplayer races to prove yourself as an elite racing pilot.
When is Star Wars: Galactic Racer Coming Out?
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is officially coming out on October 6, 2026.

The game is currently available for pre-order. All pre-orders will include a free bonus livery which can be used with your landspeeders, speeder bikes, or skim speeders, with a unique color for the livery depending on your pre-order platform. Additionally, all pre-orders will come with a free Player Banner background for use in multiplayer modes.
What Platforms Will Star Wars: Galactic Racer Be Available On?
Star Wars: Galactic Racer will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

No word yet on whether the game will be available on the Nintendo Switch 2 or if it will receive a Mac port.
How Many Editions of Star Wars: Galactic Racer Are There?
There are four editions of Star Wars: Galactic Racer you can choose from - the Standard Edition, the Physical Standard, the Deluxe Edition, and the Collector's Edition.

The Standard Edition only comes with the base game. The Physical Standard also comes with just the base game, but can be bought in-store. These editions are priced at $59.99.

The Deluxe Edition comes with three bonus vehicles: the Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder, Kor Sarun: Ciza T speeder bike, and Kor Sarun: Rak S skim speeder. It also comes with three deluxe Arcade events, the Deluxe Livery Pack with unique designs for all of your vehicles, the Deluxe Player Banner Pack with a new Insignia and Background, and a Digital Art Book. The Deluxe Edition is priced at $79.99.
Lastly, the Collector's Edition. This edition comes with a physical model of the Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder, a physical banner celebrating Galactic League champion Kestar Bool, two pilot patches, a physical copy of the Digital Art Book, and a custom slip cover and steel case for the game, all inside premium Collector’s Edition packaging. It will also include all the inclusions found in the Deluxe Edition. The Collector's Edition costs $159.99.
