Volcanion is an underrated Legendary, and you definitely need it on your Pokemon Pokopia island!

Pokopia is home to approximately 300 Pokemon, but only a handful of Legendary ones. And, as expected, they are the most difficult Pokemon to get. While some are easier to find than others, befriending Volcanion is certainly a task that takes work.

Here's how to find and befriend Volcanion in Pokemon Pokopia.

How to Find Volcanion in Pokemon Pokopia

You'll be able to find Volcanion after completing the "Time to party!" Important Request. After the request, you will receive the recipe for the Cannon and Fireworks - the items necessary to host and attract Volcanion!

To begin the process of finding Volcanion, you'll need to make a Cannon and one type of Firework. To craft your Cannon, you'll need 1 Iron Ingot, 1 Lumber, and 1 Vine Rope. There are five types of Fireworks you can make - White, Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue. It doesn't matter which one you make, but take note that each one requires paint of each color.

To make a Firework, you need 1 Pokemetal, 1 Study Stick, 1 Glowing Stone, and 1 Paint of any color. Now that you have your Cannon and Firework, let's set that aside.

After, head to Rocky Ridges and set up a Party Cooking Pot. If you don't have one, you can buy one from the PC Shop for 100 Coins. In the Party Cooking Pot, put curry ingredients into the pot and round up five Pokemon to cook the curry later.

The ingredients for the Party curry are 15 Leppa Berries, 15 Wheat, 15 Beans, and 5 Honey.

The next step is to get everyone into the mood for a party! To get Volcanion, you'll need to reach 100 Mood. There are plenty of ways to raise the mood, like bringing Pokemon with the Hype Speciality to the party, placing Party Platters, and adding party-themed items.

Once the Mood is at 100 (you can check with DJ Rotom), it's time to make the curry. To do so, just interact with the Party Cooking Pot and select "Start cooking!" It will take seven minutes to cook. Once cooked, serve it to your Pokemon guests.

Now that the curry is cooked, it's time to set up the fireworks! Place the Cannon within the party grounds and load it with fireworks. After the fireworks go off, ta-da, Volcanion will appear!

How to Make a Habitat For Volcanion

Once Volcanion appears, you'll be able to talk to him before moving him to your island!

Lucky for you, there isn't a specific habitat you need to build for Volcanion. You can make them the Tall Grass Habitat or stick them into an empty house, and they will move in.

However, to increase their comfort levels, take note that their ideal habitat is somewhere warm. They like lots of fire, lots of water, stone stuff, containers, symbols, and spicy flavors.
