Wayfarer is for those who want to prioritize the story rather than combat, while Pathbreaker is the standard game mode. Hellwalker is a hardcore mode with more challenging enemies. Lastly, 66 Days Mode is tied directly to the game's narrative countdown, where every death subtracts a day from Soul's lifespan.
