After accidentally revealing it ahead of time, Blizzard has now officially posted the first image of the upcoming Overwatch x NieR: Automata collaboration. This will be the next event coming to the game after the Hello Kitty collab that arrived at the start of Reign of Talon Season 1.

When Does the Overwatch x NieR: Automata Collaboration Start?
The Overwatch x NieR: Automata collaboration is scheduled to release on Tuesday, March 10, on all platforms. The content will go live at exactly 11:00 AM PT (7:00 PM GMT).
While we still don't have an end date for this collab, we expect the content to remain available for two to three weeks.
Skins and Cosmetics
The collaboration is set to introduce five new skins, based on characters from the NieR: Automata game. Here are the heroes receiving new skins, along with the character their outfit is based on:
- Kiriko: 2B
- Vendetta: A2
- Lifeweaver: Adam
- Wuyang: 9S
- Mercy: Commander White
Each skin will be complemented with other minor cosmetics, like a profile icon, a special emote, or even a new highlight intro. We expect all these skins to be available in the shop, as is usually the case with collaborations.
The prices haven't been revealed, but each individual skin bundle should cost 2800 CP, while the collective bundle with all the skins should be upwards of 6000 CP.
Other Details
The event could also feature a series of special challenges, giving players the chance to earn some free themed cosmetics, such as a spray, loot boxes, and more.
