The NPCs are witches, werewolves, fellow vampires, and more paranormal creatures. They are sarcastic, witty, and full of drama, which makes the town feel full of life (despite how we are the undead). Moonlight Peaks has proved my point that life sims can be cozy while still having dynamic and dramatic conversations.

By trading the traditional morning farm loops for paranormal magic, Moonlight Peaks has brought back my love of life sims. Who would have thought that one thing a cozy game needed to have to reel me back in is some darkness?
