Title Update 3 is scheduled for release at the end of September. According to Monster Hunter’s Japanese account, this update looks to be more substantial than Title Update 2.

Capcom has confirmed the addition of tougher quests and monsters for those seeking a challenge, along with a new feature: Charms that randomly grant compound skills.
Fans believe this could be the new grind Capcom hinted at weeks ago. The system seems similar to Monster Hunter Rise’s Talisman mechanic, where players could re-roll stats using RNG.
These new Charms will offer random weapon skills, armor skills, and slots when appraised. This gives hunters even more freedom to customize their builds and fine-tune their stats. In the base game, Armor and Weapon Skills were kept separate. With these RNG Charms, we may start to see some truly broken builds emerge.
