How to Get the S’phticide Skin in Marathon

You can unlock the S’phticide Skin once Cryo Archive becomes available in Marathon.

To get the skin, you need to eliminate a Compiler and successfully exfil from the Cryo Archive. Each Runner Shell has its own version of the S’phticide Skin, and you'll need to accomplish this task with all of them to unlock it.

With that, it is a free skin, and you simply just need to play. But it's not as easy as it sounds! The Compilers are said to be found in highly contested areas, guarding high-value loot. This means you likely won't only be fighting Compilers, but other players too. Good luck!

Is Cryo Archive Playable in Marathon?

As of this writing, Cryo Archive is not yet playable in Marathon. While it is patched into the game, it is currently inaccessible as the community finishes unlocking it. There is no set date for when it will be launched.

But when the time comes, not just anyone will be able to play it. To enter Cryo Archive, you need to be Runner Level 25 and have all six factions unlocked, with all liaison contracts completed. You also need a loadout value of 5,000 credits per run.
