Pokopia is home to 300 Pokemon, each with its own specialty and some with unique abilities they can teach you. To build a flourishing island, it's important you find as many Pokemon as you can, especially since some tasks require the help of a friend or two. Toxtricity is an especially useful Pokemon because they have not just one, but two specialties.
Here's how to get Toxtricity in Pokemon Pokopia.
How to Find Toxtricity in Pokemon Pokopia
Take note: there are two forms of Toxtricity in Pokemon Pokopia. There is an Amped Form and a Low-Key Form.
To get Toxtricity, you need to build the Low-Key Form Habitat for its Low-Key Rock Stage and the Amped Rock Stage for the Amped Form.

To build the Low-Key Rock Stage, you will need 2 Speakers, 1 Cool Bass Guitar, 1 Small Stage, and 1 Standing Mic. The Small Stage will need to be powered up by a Pokemon with the Generate specialty.
To build the Amped Rock Stage, you will need 2 Speakers, 1 Cool Electric Guitar, 1 Small Stage, and 1 Standing Mic. The Small Stage will need to be powered up by a Pokemon with the Generate specialty.
Most of the items needed for this habitat can be found on Rocky Ridges. By the Pokemon Center, you should come across a cave-like structure with tracks. Follow the tracks, and you will be led inside the Museum. One of the rooms in the Museum will be the music room, where you can get the Speakers and Microphone.
The Small Stage is unlocked after reaching Level 5 Environmental Level in Rocky Ridges. You will automatically get the recipe once you've accomplished this.
Now, the difficult part: getting the Cool Bass Guitar and the Cool Electric Guitar. You'll need to have Strange Strings, which can be dug up from Buried Treasure Blocks in Rocky Ridges. They're rare, so you'll need to keep trying - maybe even time travel to reset the Treasure Blocks.
Once you have Strange Strings, you will get the recipe for the Cool Bass Guitar and the Cool Electric Guitar. Both recipes require the same materials: Strange strings, Lumber, and Pokemetal.

Typically, there are only enough materials to get one form of Toxtricity, so it's up to you what you pick.
However, if you have a friend who has one form and you don't, try visiting their island, taking photos of their habitat, and using your 3D Printer to print the required materials to get both of them on your island!
