There's no doubt that GTA 6 is Rockstar Games' most ambitious title yet, and several lucky content creators were able to get a sneak peek ahead of launch on November 19.
Rockstar invited several people to preview the upcoming title and ask questions regarding gameplay and more. One of these creators was TGG, who was able to gather information on gunplay, weapons, and movement in GTA 6.
Here's everything that's been revealed so far!
GTA 6 Introduces Major Changes to Gunplay & Weapons
According to TGG, GTA 6 will lean more towards free aim instead of lock-on aiming. Crouching will allow you to strafe while moving, and if you want to switch your aiming shoulder, you can do so, just like in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Players can customize their default movement speed, while Jason and Lucia will be able to hand weapons to each other, allowing players to transfer a weapon directly to the other character.
There are three different types of hit markers during combat. White signals a normal hit, yellow signals an incapacitated enemy, and red means the enemy has been killed. Enemies do not appear on the mini-map during combat.
After killing an enemy, there is sometimes a slow-mo kill cam to show noteworthy shots or executions. This can be disabled in the settings.

Speaking of weapons, players will be able to carry two concealed handguns alongside up to two long guns. One gun will be stored on the character's back, while the second must be carried in the hand. NPCs will react to you based on how your weapons are carried - if you only have one long gun and it's on your back, there generally won't be any issues. However, having it in your hands can cause chaos. Police can also issue you a warning for carrying your firearm.

Long guns can be stored in any vehicle, but only your personal vehicle will carry your full selected weapon loadout.
