EA Sports has confirmed that several bug fixes and UI improvements are in the works for FC 27 Career Mode based on community feedback.

FC 27 Career Mode Update Coming Soon
There's no doubt that Career Mode has some serious potential in FC 27, but a severe lack of polish is currently holding it back.
As we explained in our review, the mode is riddled with some frustrating bugs and a rather ugly Team Management UI, overshadowing the experience as a result.
Thankfully, the feedback has been heard loud and clear by the developers at EA, who have confirmed their areas of focus for an upcoming Patch Update.
Here's what EA had to say about its Career Mode priorities:
- Team Management UI: We’ve heard your feedback around the Team Management UI loud and clear. We’re planning visual updates to the Team Management Screen, more in line with what you’re telling us.
- Newly Generated Players With High OVRs: We’ve seen your reports around newly generated players entering Career Mode with higher Starting OVRs than expected, which can affect how squads develop over time. We’ve identified an issue contributing to this and are working on a fix to create a more authentic balance for new players appearing throughout your Career.
- Player Transfer Requests & Playtime: We’re also looking at how quickly players can ask to be transferred as a result of their playtime. We’re reviewing player playtime demands to find a better balance between players expecting minutes on the pitch and the need to rotate your squad and give players time to recover their energy.
- Player Loans and Transfers: We’ve seen your feedback about not getting enough offers for loan-listed and transfer-listed players. We’re working on balancing changes so players receive more offers.
- Liga BBVA MX: Having Liga BBVA MX back in the game is exciting for all of us, but we’re aware of issues affecting how the league currently progresses, including the Clausura portion of the season. We’re working on addressing these issues and bringing the experience more in line with the authentic Liga BBVA MX competition structure.
In addition to the areas of focus listed above, EA also confirmed that the dev team is following Stamina and Dynamic OVR particularly closely. However, because these are new systems for FC 27, they will monitor how the experience develops across Career saves before making any significant changes.

No exact timeline has been given for when these updates will arrive, although Career Mode Producer Andreas Wilsdorf stated online that "It isn't too far away. Fixes need to go through testing so they work as we want, but we want to address multiple issues as quickly as possible."
