Overwatch Reign of Talon Season 1 is still going, and although the season started with the Hello Kitty collab, a second one is already on the way.

A YouTube Short on the game's channel went live earlier today, revealing that a new collaboration with Nier: Automata is set to hit the game soon. The video was shortly taken down after Overwatch Cavalry, a popular news account, shared an image of it on X.

The image, which you can see at the top of this article, reveals the following five heroes will receive skins when the collab arrives:

  • Mercy
  • Kiriko
  • Wuyang
  • Lifeweaver
  • Vendetta

As you can tell, the heroes will dress up as the characters from Project YoRHa, an elite military force of androids designed to defend humanity in Nier's lore.

The collaboration is expected to arrive on Tuesday, March 10, which is also when the mid-season patch will go live, adding all the content for the season's second half. The update will go live at 11:00 AM PT (7:00 PM GMT), and we can expect the skins to hit the shop shortly thereafter.

Each skin should be available in its own bundle, along with other minor cosmetics like player cards, highlight intros, emotes, and more. All the skins will be bundled together in a massive package, giving players the option to acquire everything at once.

It's unclear whether this collaboration will include any other major additions aside from the skins shown in the image. We can expect a few special challenges, with minor themed cosmetics and loot boxes as rewards.

We can expect an official announcement for this collaboration in the coming days, as Blizzard prepares to launch the mid-season patch.
