Following the release of the inaugural season of Ranked Play within Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, several fans have voiced their discontent towards the increasingly frustrating prospect of players leaving matches mid-progress, without any plausible penalty.
As a result, Studio Head of Development and Co-founder of Sledgehammer Games, Michael Condrey, took to Twitter to address the issue, stating that a significant point penalty had already been implemented, while a probation feature is imminent.
