Crytek's facing criticism today over shutting down photo mode mods for Crysis 2 Remastered and Crysis 3 Remastered on PC. Issuing a cease and desist letter to mod creator Frans Bouma, Crytek requested Bouma removed these photo tools "within the next seven days."

Releasing the letter via Twitter, Crytek state to Bouma that such mods aren't allowed "under the terms of our EULA," saying they "do not offer additional licence agreements for modding any of the Crysis Remastered Trilogy."

We'll keep you informed with further developments as they happen.
