When Does the Modern Warfare 4 Beta Start?
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 beta will take place across two weekends, following its traditional format. These are the specific dates for each weekend:
- Friday, August 21 to Tuesday, August 25
- Early Access weekend
- Friday, August 28 to Tuesday, September 1
- Open Beta
As you can see, the first weekend will be exclusive to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC users, and run from Friday, August 21 to Tuesday, August 25. The beta will start right after the COD Next presentation, which is set to take place that same Friday, and only players with an early access code can participate.
Anyone can access the beta on the second weekend, as that will be an open beta, and it will also be available on the Nintendo Switch 2.
How to Get an Early Access Code?
The most straightforward way to get an early access beta code for Modern Warfare 4 is by pre-ordering any of the game's editions. It can be through physical or digital stores, and that will grant you one code to enter the first weekend.
