Marvel Rivals’ Season 3 is just around the corner, and it looks like we’ll be seeing two new heroes in the next few weeks.
Blade, one of the most heavily teased heroes since his first appearance in Season 2, is finally joining the fight for real this time, no longer just sleeping in Wakanda’s bedroom. His arrival brings a formidable fighter to the battlefield. While his exact role isn’t confirmed yet, fans are already speculating that Blade will be a dive-heavy Duelist with unique vampire powers.
Jean Grey, on the other hand, remains a mystery when it comes to her kit and potential. The Phoenix is one of Marvel’s most powerful entities, and with Jean entering the roster, she’s expected to be a force to be reckoned with thanks to her unparalleled telekinetic and psychic abilities. She’s also speculated to be another Duelist, expanding the total hero pool from 39 to 41.

Their abilities haven’t been revealed yet, but it’s likely we’ll see gameplay trailers and teasers from Marvel and NetEase in the coming days as they prepare for the Season 3 launch.
Season 3 will introduce a new arc centered around Planet Klyntar and the looming presence of Knull. Players have already been exploring the Klyntar map in Convergence mode, escorting or stopping Knull’s essence from being restored.
Now, it seems Season 3 will dive deeper into Knull’s influence and the growing threat of the Symbiotes, alongside whatever Doctor Doom is plotting next.
Season 3 releases this July 11 for all consoles.
