- Quick Answer: IO Interactive is officially tracking and fixing 007 First Light bugs, including the broken MI6 shooting range, Offline mode issues, and PC save errors.
It's safe to say that 007 First Light has and continues to enjoy its time in the limelight following a hugely successful launch. Not only has it become IO Interactive's fastest-selling title yet, but it has also sold over 3 million copies worldwide as it dominates global gaming charts.
That said, James Bond's origin story hasn't been without its flaws, with several bugs and performance issues dampening an otherwise polished experience across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The good news is that IOI is fully aware of the annoying problems currently getting in the way of players' spy adventure, and developers are actively working on fixes!
IOI Investigating 007 First Light Bugs
IO Interactive has confirmed its team is actively tracking and investigating some of the most prominent bugs in 007 First Light.

For the most part, 007 First Light offers a well-polished and enjoyable playthrough from start to finish. However, several bugs, glitches, and performance-related issues are being encountered by players on different platforms.
While some of the issues have been in the game since launch, others have appeared after recent patch updates. Game Update 1.0.4 has only just gone live, but since it dropped, players have been unable to play 007 First Light in Offline mode. The PS5 version of Game Update 1.0.4 is still a work-in-progress and can no longer be downloaded as a result.
IOI is also looking into a bug that's preventing players from firing in the shooting range at MI6 HQ, which is proving to be particularly frustrating for those wanting to hone their weapon skills and beat personal records.

Other issues currently being looked into include HDR turning itself off every time players exit the game, missing Legacy/Collector’s Edition content, controller input not being recognized on Xbox Series X, and the inability to create save game files during gameplay on PC.
