InZOI is an upcoming life simulation game similar to the popular title, The Sims. Many of the fans in this genre are first drawn to the life-like graphics of the game. This is further solidified by the gameplay and other features that were shown.
InZOI is being developed by inZOI Studio and published by Krafton. The game was first introduced through a gameplay demo at G-STAR 2023, which showcased its character creation, build mode, city edit, and other aspects. It uses Unreal Engine 5, which definitely provides impressive visuals and graphics. The initial gameplay teasers already excited fans of life simulation as many of them were looking forward to other alternatives to The Sims.
The excitement still shows even after a year has passed, with the game topping the Steam Wishlist chart this week as its early access release approaches.
The developers and the team of inZOI shared this achievement. They tweeted their appreciation for the fans, stating: "This incredible milestone wouldn’t have been possible without your unwavering support and enthusiasm. We’re profoundly grateful for every single one of you who has shown interest and belief in our game."
While many fans are excited to play the game, some are saddened that their devices cannot meet the minimum requirements. There aren't any talks about having a setting that can optimize the game for such devices. The Sims 4 had a "Laptop Mode" that helped players run it on their older laptops.
With the amount of excitement that players are showing, it can be foreseen that the game will also do well when it releases on various gaming consoles such as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. There's also been no news on whether Mac users will be able to play it on their devices.
InZOI will be available in early access on PC through Steam on March 28 at 00:00 UTC (with some parts of the world being able to access it on March 27 due to time zone differences). The console release is yet to be announced, but the team will surely share it once it is available.
