To get the Vaporwalker Boots, you'll need to head up north of Hernand and south of Pailune to an area called The Ancient Rift. On the map, you'll want to be by the waterfall, next to the letter H in "The." Check out the exact location on the map below.

Once there, you will be faced with a waterfall. Use the Stab ability to pass through the waterfall. Immediately, you will be met with a stone wall, which can be broken down with the Focus Palm ability.
Follow the path inside - the end of the path will feature a Treasure Chest. Open it, and you'll become the proud owner of the Vaporwalker Boots.
