To get the Chillfallen Sword, head up north of the map, above Hernand and Pailune, and near the First-Finger Lake. The weapon can be found in the Snowhaven Hearth.

Luckily for you, there is an Abyss Nexus in this area that will allow you to Fast Travel near where the sword is located.
From the Abyss Nexus, run straight until you see an entrance to the path to your left. Take that patch, and you will be greeted with an empty, snowy land. It may appear empty, but keep running straight until you reach this wall.
