How to Get the Red Needle Katana in Crimson Desert

To get the Red Needle Katana, you need to go to the bottom right island in the map, on the eastern side of Deleysia. The Red Needle Katana is specifically located in the Sanctum of Oblation.

Lucky for you, you won't need to defeat any bosses to get the katana. However, it will be pretty difficult to get to Deleysia early in the game, so you're better off leveling up your abilities before making the trek to get this weapon.

On the eastern side of the Sanctum of Oblation, you will see an entrance to get inside the building. There will be some enemies guarding the area, and you can either defeat them or run past them.

Once inside, take a right turn, as the door on the left is locked. As you walk up the corridor, you'll notice a discreetly placed entrance way on the left. Take that left and enter the room. Inside will be a staircase heading down - go down the stairs.

In a dimly lit, ancient stone hallway, a mysterious figure approaches an arched doorway. A message on-screen reads, "It's not time, yet. May humility be your truest strength." A mini-map is visible in the bottom corner, and the scene conveys suspense and intrigue.

You will enter a room with a piece of the Sanctum (which you will need for a quest). However, to get the needle, you will need to light up the lantern next to it. This will cause a room to open on the other side.

Head back up the stairs and return to the entrance of the Sanctum. The door that was previously locked is now open. Enter that room, and you will be rewarded with a Treasure Chest that contains the Red Needle Katana.
