From that Abyss Nexus, head down to the Demeniss Southern Cliff Shipwreck. Take note that there are some enemies you can choose to clear out when you arrive.

Head to the side of the wreckage, and you'll find some of the wood submerged in the water. Look closely, and you'll discover a shiny object in the water - the waves even move it a little bit. If you are having a hard time seeing it, shine a light with your lantern.
