- Quick Answer: Obtain the Cozy Sleeping Bag in World of Warcraft: Forever by starting the quest chain at Burned-Out Remains in Westfall or The Barrens.
In World of Warcraft: Forever, the cozy sleeping bag is a powerful item that is ideal for leveling and quality-of-life benefits.
The cozy sleeping bag is an item that can be used as a rested area, meaning you can use it to log out and continue to gain experience even when not in the game. By stepping on the cozy sleeping bag, you will gain 1% increased experience.
The way to get it differs whether you're in the Alliance or the Horde. Here's how to get the cozy sleeping bag.
How to Get the Cozy Sleeping Bag (Horde Quest)
To start the Horde questline that unlocks the cozy sleeping bag, head to the Barrens. Just a little south of Camp Taurajo is a burning scouting tower. When you enter the tower, you will find Burned-Out Remains. Interacting with it kickstarts the "....And that note you found" quest.

Afterward, head to Westfall. The quickest and easiest way is to take the Zeppelin from Orgrimmar to Grom’gol in Stranglethorn Vale. Once you've loaded in, jump off the Zeppelin into the Ocean and swim to the southern coast of Westfall.
After you've arrived, go to the Alexston Farmstead. There, you'll find a cart wreckage and more Burned-Out Remains.
Once you've gotten the Burned-Out Remains, head to the Stonetalon Mountains. Once you're there, follow the path past Sun Rock Retreat. Here, you'll see a camp in the mountains. This is where you will hand the quest in and receive your next quest, "Scramble."
This quest is pretty simple. From the camp, head north up the hill, and you'll see a mound of dirt you can interact with. Simply interact with the mound of dirt to complete the "Scramble" quest and begin the "Wet Job" quest.
For this quest, you're going to need to head to Loch Modan. Take note - this quest is tricky. You'll come across hostile enemies along the way, so if you're too low level, you can expect to die a few times.

Once in Lock Modan, head to the dam in the south. When you're on the dam, head to the center and drop onto a ledge below. After you land, you'll be able to hand in the "Wet Job" quest and start the "Eagle's Fist" quest. This will require you to go to Hillsbrad Foothills.
When you're at Hillsbrad Foothills, turn right and follow the wall. You'll discover a gap in the wall and a broken-down cart. Use the cart so that you are able to complete a jumping puzzle to get on the wall. This will help you get on top of the wall.
Once on top of the wall, you'll find a bag when you can hand in the Eagle's First. You'll receive the final quest, "This Must be the Place." Click on the scroll next to the bag to get the cozy sleeping bag.
How to Get the Cozy Sleeping Bag (Alliance Quest)
The Alliance quest is almost identical to the Horde quest, with some minor differences in area.

For Alliance members, the first step takes place in Alexston Farmstead in Westfall. Approach the broken cart and interact with the Burned-Out Remains to start the "... And that note you found" quest.
Now, head to the Barrens. The most reliable path is from Westfall to Duskwood, then go to Stranglethord Vale and head to Booty Bay. Take note that there are plenty of high-level enemies on the way to Stranglethord.
Once in Booty Bay, take the boat to the Ratchet and head to the Burned Tower to get the other Burned-Out Remains. This concludes the "... And the note you found" quest and starts the "Stepping Stones" quest.
From the tower, head northwest to Stonetalon Mountain. Once you're there, follow the path past Sun Rock Treat until you reach the camp. Hand in your quest and start the next one, "Scramble." From the camp, head north up the hill and interact with the Mound of Dirt on the side to complete this quest and receive the "Wet Job" quest.

Now, head over to Loch Modan and go to the dam in the North. Run along the dam, and you will discover the quest hand-in near the middle. Jump down onto the platform to hand in the quest and start "Eagle's Fist." You must now head to Hillsbrad Foothills.
Once you are there, turn right and walk along the wall until you discover a damaged part of the wall and a broken-down cart. Use this cart to jump up over the wall. Once at the top, head towards the bag to hand in the "Eagle's Fist" quest and start "This Must Be The Place." Interact with the scroll next to the bag to receive the cozy sleeping bag.
