Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, officially called Override, will finally bring a ton of gaming legends to the battle royale.
Epic’s free-to-play title already has dozens, if not hundreds, of collab skins, with many of them being gaming icons. Yet, up until this point, we’ve never had Sega representatives, and we were still missing quite a few legendary IPs — that’s about to change.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Start Date & Downtime
Fortnite Override will kick off on August 20. While we don’t have an official time, as downtime periods vary from update to update, we do know when it’s starting. Here are the start times depending on your time zone:

- August 20, 1:00 AM CT
- August 20, 2:00 AM ET
- August 20, 7:00 AM BST

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Skins
The big reveal for Fortnite Override was the theme of the season, which will finally wrap all the gaming collabs under a thematic umbrella. Prior iconic gaming legends will return to the Fortnite Item Shop, but new ones will join during Chapter 7 Season 4. The following confirmed new skins include:

- Shadow The Hedgehog
- Dr. Eggman
- Mega Man
- Hiroshi (Screamer)

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Battle Pass
The Fortnite Override battle pass will include a total of 12 skins.
The regular Fortnite battle pass costs 800 V-Bucks or $9, granting back the V-Bucks you spent and the following skins if you complete it:

The Chapter 7 Season 4 island will have plenty of beloved gaming locales as POIs. Although we don’t have a proper breakdown of each, the one getting all the attention is an area completely dedicated to Green Hill Zone.
