Dataminers dug through the game's files and found some voice lines that pretty much confirm she's coming. This also confirms earlier rumors about her being in development. Marvel Rivals has a killer roster, but Emma would bring a whole new level to the game's meta.
Popular leaker X0XLEAK revealed a collection of unused voice lines from characters such as Wolverine and Psylocke, with both referencing Emma in different in-game contexts. Wolverine, known for his complicated history with Emma, can be heard saying, "Never really trusted you in the first place, Frost." Meanwhile, Psylocke chimes in with, "As cold-hearted as your name suggests, Frost."
Another major leak suggests that Season 2 of Marvel Rivals could revolve around the Hellfire Club, a group with deep roots in X-Men history. Emma Frost has been a leading member of this powerful organization, which makes her a natural fit for this upcoming season. The leak also hints at Dr. Doom 2099 and Blade being added, which would strengthen the roster with some major heavy hitters.
