A new year is underway, and Valve has announced that Season 4 of Premier in their ever-popular CS2 will kick off soon. Season 3 has been available since July last year, meaning players should be more than ready for a new one to begin.

While we wait for more details about the new season, here is everything that has been confirmed so far, along with a few of our speculations.

When Does CS2 Season 4 Come Out?

Valve recently confirmed that Season 3 of Premier is scheduled to end on Monday, January 19, at 5:00 PM PT (Tuesday, January 20, at 1:00 AM GMT).

If we look back at the previous transitions between seasons, this means that Season 4 will start 24 hours later, on Tuesday, January 20, at 5:00 PM PT (Wednesday, January 21, at 1:00 AM GMT).

Assuming the format remains the same, the new season should last around six months, give or take.

Map Pool Changes

As always, the new season will bring a change to the current map pool for Premier, which is different from the other standard modes. For this occasion, Train will rotate out, while Anubis will be added back in.
