- Quick Answer: Totenreich is the next round-based Zombies map coming to Black Ops 7, and it will continue after the ending cutscene of Paradox Junction.
The Paradox Junction cutscene teased that our characters were headed to a cold place, and we now have a confirmation. Totenreich is the next round-based Zombies map coming to Black Ops 7, arriving with Season 3.
We also have a few images, teasing some of the map's areas, with many fans already theorizing about what this map could be based on. While we wait for more information, we have gathered the confirmed details, along with some speculations.
When Does Totenreich Come Out in Black Ops 7?
Totenreich, the fourth round-based Zombies map for Black Ops 7, will release with the Season 3 Reloaded update. This mid-season patch should come out on Thursday, April 30, or May 7, depending on how the developers have all planned out.
Regardless of the date, the update will come out at 9:00 AM PT (5:00 PM BST) on all platforms, meaning the map will be available to play at that time.
Teaser
A first teaser for this map was shown in the launch trailer for Season 3 of Black Ops 7 and Warzone, which you can check out below:
The trailer briefly shows that the map will be in a coastal town, featuring a lighthouse and snowy mountains in the background.
What Do We Know and What Can We Expect From the Map?
Although many users are speculating that this map could borrow areas from Call of the Dead, Treyarch recently stated during a call with content creators that the next new Zombies maps after Paradox Junction will be made of new original locations.
This immediately discards the possibility of the map being a mix of COTD or Tag der Toten and brand-new areas.
In that same call, the studio also confirmed that the maps will have brand-new wonder weapons, so expect to see that here, following the footsteps of Ashes of the Damned with the Necrofluid Gauntlet or Astra Malorum with the LGM-1.
Something very interesting from the teaser is that we can clearly see that the Zombies will have a model similar to older titles, wearing army uniforms and helmets. With Richtofen also mentioning that this place is "his legacy", we can assume the map takes place in the dimension where this version of Edward Richtofen comes from.

We will have to wait until we get closer to the mid-season to know more details about the map through more announcements.
