Season 6 is just around the corner for Black Ops 7 and Warzone, meaning a new set of patch notes is on the way. This will be the last post-launch season for the current title, and the update is expected to introduce many new things, as well as adjust some other things.

While we wait for the patch notes and the actual update to come out, here is everything we know about the update and some of our predictions.

When Does the Black Ops 7 Season 6 Patch Come Out?

Season 6 of Black Ops 7 and Warzone is scheduled to start on Thursday, September 17, at 9:00 AM PT. These are the start times for each time zone:

The update is now available to preload on PC through the Battle.net app, allowing users to download the files before release. This should be the last major update for the game, given that the Call of Duty blog post for this season doesn't list any mid-season content planned.

What Can We Expect From the Patch Notes?

The patch notes for the Season 6 update should go live a day before release. In the meantime, we can make a few predictions of the changes and adjustments we expect to arrive this time.

For starters, weapon adjustments are in every patch, so this shouldn't be different. We expect to see adjustments to some of the Season 5 weapons, to keep the meta balanced and make room for the new ones arriving at the start of the season.

Season 6 could bring some quality-of-life features that haven't been announced in previous blog posts or roadmaps. The Call of Duty devs don't shy away from adding good new features in the last seasons of every game, so there's a possibility of seeing new features here even though support will officially move over to the new game soon.

With the season introducing a new Super Easter egg in Zombies, we could also see new mechanics/features in the co-op mode to accommodate that. At the moment we have little to no information about how this easter egg will work, so it's hard to predict what can be added.
